David Lee Roth is my all time favorite, next to Steve Tyler and Axel Rose.

bruce (the air raid siren) dickenson has always been my alltime favorite lead singer and always will be!
one thing that really struck me about him more than anything else when i finally got to see them in june was how down to earth he is with the audience he literally gets right down to the fans level between sets!
so not only is he one of the best vocalist's he's one of the coolest frontmen you'll ever see!

Ok my list is very dependant on what mood i am in and solely on their voice...but here goes.... Jaymz Hetfield, Axl Rose, Jon Bon Jovi, Vince Neil. Ozzy Osbourne, Bruce Dickinson... not necessarily in that order.

Boy did you guys miss the 80's metal scene or what? Jeff Scott Soto and Geoff Tate have to be classified in that list. If not the top two. You also have Bruce Dickenson,Rob Halford,and quite a few more than you mentioned. Listen to a Metal Church album or Grim Reaper. I think you will be surprised at how many great singers were croonin' in the 80's. Keep The Faith all you Metal Maniacs!!!!!

Yeah metal sucks anyways. I thought this site was for 80's Hair Band fans. Name one metal singer that has any talent compared to Steven Tyler or Joe Elliot. Rock blows gay/untalented metal out of the water. While you go listen to a guy scream all the time I will listen to a talented guitar solo which actually takes skill. Bands like Def Leppard, Aerosmith, GnR, Poison, and Whitesnake blow bands like Metallica, Iron Maiden, and Dio out of the water.
