We all know Steven, and he's back in the new album. But what do YOU think his story is? Is he schizo, a pigment of the imagination of Alice, what?

Steven is a represed personality deep inside the mind who comes out in his sub Conscience and makes him do bad things. its the disterbed inner child who was abused as a little kid and now gets its revenge thru the adult alice

You know, Alice and his wife lost their first born son, steven. I have read chat's about thisd, I don't know if it's true, and to answer your question, It's his inner child, the Peter Pan theory, the little boy that never grew up. As long as he has that little steven inside him, we'll still see a lot of Alice--- Mike

I hear something like that some time ago, too. But I don't know if it's real or just something else to add to the legend. However, I think Steven it's a great character... Almost real! I think any of us have a Steven inside our minds...

steven is alice cooper from the inside, he's the doubble face of alice cooper, the one that's confused, the little kid who had lots of nightmares the little boy who was trying to be good but the other part of him wanted to be on the other side, so maybe it's the good fella of alice, the one who was confused and got drowned by alcohol it was the weak one i don't know but i love steven!!! one of my kids name will be steven !! in alice cooper's honor

Steven is a scared child Im real familiar with,steven and Dwight Fry made me an Alice fan.

I came from a family of drug addicts,alchoholics and mentally ill. I think thats why I relate to Alices music,his lyrics and his persona. Even newer stuff Cant sleep the clowns will eat Me,and Bad Place Alone.I thank him for being there when I need him!

ya know way back when i didnt know anything i actually had thought that steven was alice's real name...duh, how wrong i was..lol.

i absolutly adore how alice interwinds albums with this character..and i agree with the 'peter pan' theory.
