Who's better? Adrian or Dave???

I know this is a really stupid questions. They are as good as the other. But... I like more Dave. Clear? He's not better, just my favourite. What's your oppinion? Who do you preffer?

I`m going for Adrian here! Personally, I think that he is better. Of course that is only my opinion!

yeah they are both awsome but one is not better than the other they both have their own way of playing and they cant be defined by their differences

I agree that one is not better than the other. I prefer Dave because I love the tone and feeling in his playing. It comes straight from his soul!

Well... I didn't ask for Janick because Adrian and Dave are the two classic Maiden guitar players. In other forums, its the same. Janick, for a lot (not all) it's "not necesary in Maiden".

How can you compare the three. They all bring a different tone to each song. I love the work Adrian does on Wasted Years. All three are unique.

Don't know...I like them both,but Dave was on all the albums along with Harris, maybe that is why I preffer him.

Package deal for me, if anything Adrian is a better guitarist technically, but I think Dave's style is more individual. How's that for a non-answer? I should run for fucking office... ;-)

Yea know what you mean ,Dave is way more individual as soon as cu hear those sweeping runs you know it's 'Dave Murray' think you bwould notice even if he was a guest on another artists record.mark of a good guitarist ex Brian May etc .His 'Tone' is also a giveaway you know them .'Adrian' is a bloody good 'Guitarist' as well ,to me he sounds better when he lets himself go abit ,But that would not be him ,,way more 'technical and controlled is Adrian .

to be honest dave but adrain has he's own unique style it's beautiful wasted years has such a moving feel about it including the solo just blows you away
