Anyone a fan of "The Ultimate Sin"?

This is my all-time favorite album of his, mostly because it's the one I first heard when I was getting into all this music back in the mid-80s. I still think it's killer from start to finish, and "Shot in the Dark," "Lightning Strikes Again" and "Killer of Giants" are some of my all-time favorite songs from the era.

I saw Ozzy several months back and was disappointed to learn (from Wikipedia) that he won't play anything off that album because he's apparently embarrassed of it -- supposedly thinks it's "hair metal" and wants to distance himself from it. Bummer for me, I love that album.

Anyone else out there care for it?

I love the Ultimate Sin as well - saw Ozzy last night and nothing played off of it - at least we have the CD :)

Ozzy embarrassed it because the ''Shot In The Dark'' was stolen by the former band of Soussan!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I loved that album. Saw him in KCMO in 1986 and he sounded awesome on the title track!!!!

What?? How in the world can he be embarrassed of his own music? That album is one of my FAVORITE albums from start to finish. Especially the guitar work(Jake E.Lee is brilliant)..Killer of giants is a masterpeice! I have been learning that one on guitar & it has been fun & challenging. I know alot of people who love songs from the ultimate sin album, he should still do those songs for the fans who are from wayyyy back! The dedicated ones!
