Comment by francine on August 3, 2008 at 9:26am: OMG! i love twisted fucking sister! i saw them once in melbourne florida. it was the christmas album. i looooove it! dee came out with a santa suit on and he was throwing candy canes and condoms out into the audience. i was right in the front row. so close u could see the filling's he had on his teeth. lol. that's how close we were. i brought my 15 year old daughter and that was her first concert. she was very impressed! my hubby has a licsence plate that says smf4eva. dee looked at it and said no wonder i couldn't get one like that for myself. lol! i never thought i would ever see them in concert and gosh i'm glad i got a chance to. dee snider is one of the best up front man ever. he really knows how to get the crowd going. when they were done the show dee looked at my husband and said a true twisted fan 4eva and pointed to him. everyone was patting him on the back. he just about passed out. he's been a fan since he was 15. now he's 37. every christmas i play there christmas cd. it brings me back to that night.

I first saw them when they opened a show for Blackfoot and Krokus, then I saw them headline at a small club in Denver...the last time I saw them was when they opened for DIO. They were supposed to open for Iron Maiden one time but they cancelled. Great band tho, I'd go see them again if I ever have the chance.
