Def Leppard Vs Whitesnake on tour UK... check YouTube for the videos... amazing!!
As for your question, both are major contributors to the 'big hair' bands of the 80s but Def Leppard produced absolute class tracks, Hysteria, Armageddon It, Love Bites... do i need to go on? x

don't need to look on youtube, was at the gig with both in june:) leppard were headlining after all! love both bands. fan of whitesnake since I was 14 and a leppard fan since I was 15. lepps win no question

Whitesnake!!!!!

They are the best band of Hard Rock, and Dave Coverdale is the best frontman. Def Leppard can´t have best albums than whitesnake, this comparison is like to compare harley davidson with yamaha, and Whitesnake is Harley Davidson!!

ye i agree def leppard are top form,whitesnake are brilliant but def leppard blew the roof off for me wen i went watchin them last mnth(twice)cnt beleive i was rite at the front,jus a handshake away,it was phenomenol,words cnt describe,cnt wait to see them again,and love listenin to them!!!!

love the Body Building Coverdale its fun to see him lift the mic stand up side down in he air and singing just like Coverdale says i am gona slide it in right to the top slide it in i aint never gona stop !!!!

saw them both in birmingham uk in june :) the lepps were the headliners after all! been a fan of whitesnake since I was 14 (seen them 3 times) and a fan of def leppard since I was 15. now seen them 4 times and met them too! whitesnake great - leppards better!

I actually can't tell. I love the both bands very much.

But if I had to chose I'd have to say Def Leppard I think.

Well, I like both of them. I was at the concert and both of the bands were great.But my all time favourite is Whitesnake.

i like whitesnake i am a fan but i am a bigger fan of def leppard ansd yes they are the better group!
