ABOUT MAD MARGRITT:
Hi everyone,
Mad Margritt is comprised of 4 members: Eddie Smith Lead Vocals, Scotty Banks Lead Guitar, Chad Wedlack Drums and Skip Mullis on Bass. We have been around since the 90's and continue to stay true to our 80's rock roots

Our sound is old style 80's with a modern edge. MAD MARGRITT has released several cd's on the Perris Records label. They have toured all over the United States and have opened for numerous acts including KISS, POISON, WHITESNAKE, SKID ROW, CINDERELLA, RATT, WARRANT, TESLA, QUIET RIOT, GREAT WHITE, SLAUGHTER, THE BULLET BOYS, BRET MICHAELS, WINGER and PRETTY BOY FLOYD.

The band's current release is entitled ANIMAL. The cd was released September 25, 2007 on Perris Records and is being distributed in the USA by Select-O-Hits, The UK by Plastic Head Music, Italy by Andromeda, Greece by Soundforge Music Group, Spain by Border, The Netherlands by Bertus, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Belgium by ZYX Music.

The cd has been getting airplay on several radio stations across the United States and Europe. Some of the stations playing MAD MARGRITT are: KNAC, EXTREME RADIO, FORBIDDEN RADIO, THE CLASSIC METAL SHOW, and XM Radio's hard rock channel THE BONEYARD. The bands new video for the song LOADED GUN has been getting airplay across the country on the show ROCKNATION TV.

During the 2008 ANIMAL TOUR, MAD MARGRITT performed shows with QUEENSRYCHE, DOKKEN, SKID ROW, TESLA, THE BULLET BOYS, LA GUNS, FASTER PUSSYCAT, BANG TANGO and HELIX. The highlight of the tour was performing in front of 30,000 people at the SOUTH TEXAS ROCK FEST.

We are currently working on new material for a 2010 release

Mad Margritt will be playing at the Rocklahoma Festival this year. They will be going on at 3:00 pm on Sunday Afternoon. Skid Row, Twister Sister and Bret Michaels are a few that will be playing that day as well.

Confirmed - Mad Margritt - Quite Riot & Pretty Boy Floyd in Sarasota, FL 4th of July

All 3 bands will be playing at the Muscle Racing Festival on July 4th 2009. Mad Margritt returns for their straight 6 year. This is the festival of the year for Central Florida and has grown to have an attendance of 10,000 last year.
