Jackson, MI --Jackson, Michigan will explode with sound of screaming guitars and heart racing drums as bands take the stage at Rockapalooza June 25th
Including a diversity of Rock music with a focus on melodic hard rock and heavy metal bands that play original music, this event will be hosted by Tim Corser and the Kings of Rock Entertainment. This event will be held at the racetrack on the Jackson County Fairgrounds.
Got plenty of updates for everyone. In a few weeks, scheduled for the one year anniversary since the passing of Dio, I will be doing a special tribute show to Dio. I will be playing a wide range of tracks, encompassing Ronnie's days in Rainbow, Elf, Black Sabbath, solo stuff, and even some of his recording from the late 1950's. Plus I've also got several stoires and facts about the man that I will be sharing. It should be recorded some time next…
It has been on a Huge Rush kicking this week, ever since watching that outstanding documentary on the band. (Even if you don't like their music, really there’s no way you can hate the guys in the band after seeing this movie.) So just imagine the excitement when you heard that a new edition of Guitar Hero is coming in September based on Rush's 1976 amazing epic 2112. Exclusively, the 20-minute, seven-song suite that opens the album is the focus of the game. The award-winning and much-admired… Continue

The Bayfest’s well known stage underwent a huge makeover to accommodate Canadian music legends Rush and the biggest stage show ever at Sarnia’s summer music festival. “What they have is really built for an arena not a stage like ours,” said Bayfest’s Michele Stokley. “They don’t do a lot of festivals like this, but they wanted to do the full show and we wanted to give everyone else the full show.” The amazing Canadian rock legends Rush, in addition to promoting a new album and being the focus… Continue

The hottest band Bon Jovi is well liked in the world, they claim to be the biggest rock band on the planet, but where does that leave Springsteen or U2? And what comes into the equation when the sums are being done, asks BRIAN BOYD THE PROMOTIONAL material for Bon Jovi’s recent two week residency at London’s O2 Arena describes the New Jersey rockers as “the biggest rock band on the planet”. There is no doubt that after 27 years together the rocking Bon Jovi is still one of the biggest music… Continue

As my mom always used to tell me, death comes in threes. Whenever the news would talk about a celebrity dying my mom would keep count and sure enough, there would always be three within a few weeks of each other. To my dismay, this seems to have infected the rock world with the passings of Vinnie Chaz, Peter Steele, & Ronnie James Dio.
Sometimes I wish my mom hadn't been right about some things. :( I knew there would be a 3rd....I had just hoped there wouldn't be. :(

In a perfect world we would give all our music away for free and survive on touring revenue, merchandising and licensing income. Alas this is not always possible. In order to eat we have to sell a few CD’s. The good news is that much of our catalog has been released under this creative commons license http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/3.0 We have made many Antiqcool songs free to download for a reason, we want you to… Continue

Continuing the growing Knox Road trend of featuring artists who provide little to
no information about themselves (see: Hello, Broken Arrow and Manet,) I present
to you Antiqcool, from just outside Chester, England. As far as I can tell
(and have been told,) Antiqcool is the project of Pete… Continue
