As a guitarist? Zakk Wylde, Dimebag was no where near as versatile as Zakk.

WOW.........................this shouldnt even be a question. There is no comparing the two. Best friends, and two completley different styles. Zak, classically would be considered better. But Dime had a certain Magic put into even the most simple riff. I think Dime Bag could prolly drink more than Zakk though haha

Amen Brother!!!...Shouldn't be a question...Zakk and Dimebag are as equal as the day is long...Appreciate the two of them as equals today and continue to pay your tribute to Dimebag tomorrow. Guitar Gods in heaven are looking down on us all to pray for the fallen, remember them as they were but remember them through the Guitar Gods of the living...Guitarists like Zakk will carry his memory forever and NEVER SHALL WE FORGET OUR FALLEN.

Gotta go with Zakk! I'm not that big on Dimebag however so this might not be fair of me. What I have heard from Dimebag...good riffs and grooves but he over kills the scales and for me that is boring and lacks feeling. But like I said, I haven't heard a whole lot of his playing.

You cant compare these two. They were very good friends and both are and were awesome players in their own rights. I cant pick, especially since I admire them both.
