For me it was Motley Crue. My older brother was/is a big fan and when I was 3-4 years old, I started to listen to them with him. I remember the posters he had in his room and I was just so fascinated by the whole band. Life has been rockin ever since.

Black Sabbath was my first.
Back in the early 70's my mate who lived next door to me says, "I just heard this cool song off of a new album i just got.
Has something to do with funerals and coffins and shit"
So i go over to his house, we crank up the record player and listen to the entire Paranoid album.
That was it for me, I was hooked !
Sad thing was though, I didn't actually see Sabbath until they toured for the Sabatoge album.

Mine was also kiss , I've been a fan of theirs way back in the seventy's I was about 12 years old and will be a fan till I'm in my 100's lol.....

My first memory was Quiet Riot "Bang your head!", then Aerosmith, then Metallica...and it goes from there....

For me it was Aerosmith - Get a grip. I came across the cd at my dads house and thought the cover looked cool so I gave it a listen. Get a grip is my favourite 90s release from Aerosmith to this day.

now i'm 15 years old,and I listened for the first time rock when my father was listening metallica and scorpions,but the first band which attirered me was bon jovi,in 2005...and since then i began to listen more and more..

yeah i was really hoocked on Bon Jovi from 7800 Degree album.you cant leave it without noticed one time your hear them.

Mine was KISS as well my next door neighbor turned me on to them. Then he got Van Halen 1 & I was hooked! This is when I started to discover other bands. I still remember my Mom getting me a stereo at age 7 & it still being the best Christmas present I ever got!

BLUE OYSTER CULT was the first band that I really made "my own" and they are still great favs of mine. The first rock records I got were TRIUMPH- ROCK AND ROLL MACHINE and KENNY LOGGINS- NIGHTWATCH, both won by calling in to my local AM radio station (55 KTSA!)

for me it was ac/dc then bon jovi,motley crue cinderella and of course many many more to fallow...i still remember when i hrea ive got big balls i was liek omg the said balls and then i was like a screw it it sounds great..but most of all i remeber when bon jovi came out with runawaythe greatest sound and all that in to one i had ever heard been listening to them since ..rock and roll is the way of life...everyone loves to listen to it
